Alesia Glass-Rhodes, serves as our Director of Operations.  She is a native of Panama City and a proud graduate of Bay High School.  

Alesia is actively involved in the Panama City youth sports scene.  Her commitment to giving back to the community and her passion to serve children is well-known throughout Bay County. She actively volunteers with the Gulf Coast Youth Football Association, and Save Our Youth, Inc. 

Through her nonprofit organization, Minority Panama City Corp, Alesia is a community activist, business consultant and educator.  She is serial entrepreneur/ community activist and counselor. Alesia has served in the Social Services industry for nearly 20 years. She currently serves as a Substance Abuse Counselor and Mental Health Treatment Manager.

She earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice at Bethune-Cookman University; a Bachelor’s of Arts in Social Science and a Masters in Management from Thomas Edison State College. Alesia is currently pursing  certification as Board Certified Behavior Analyst from Capella University.

Queen Esther Wise Chapter #89  Order of the Eastern Stars
Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church where she serves as Director of Music.  

Alesia is the daughter of Mrs. Lorretta Glass and the late Mr. Tommy Glass. She is wife of Mr. James Rhodes. Mother of Alannah Rhodes and the late Jayla Rhodes.
