Spring 2026 Flag Football Season Now Open

Registration is now open for the SMART Sports DC Parks & Recreation Spring 2026 NFL FLAG League at Barry Farms Recreation Center in Washington, DC. Open to youth ages 8U–14U, including a 10U–14U Girls Division, the league features NFL FLAG 5-on-5 and 7-on-7 play in a fun, competitive environment focused on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

Practices begin April 7, games run May 2 through May 30, and the Championship Tournament takes place June 6.

Spots are limited, so families are encouraged to register early.
